2. Services & Project Engagements
TechWings Innovations delivers custom enterprise software engineering, AI agent automation, cloud architecture, and UI/UX design services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, payment schedules, and intellectual property transfers are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between the client and TechWings Innovations.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All bespoke software code, custom AI models, database schemas, and documentation developed specifically for a client under a paid engagement belong entirely to that client upon full payment of agreed fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the SOW. All pre-existing frameworks, proprietary tools, and website branding elements remain the exclusive property of TechWings Innovations.
4. Interactive Calculators & Free Tools
The cost calculators, discovery wizards, invoice generators, and developer tools provided on our website are for informational and estimation purposes only. Actual project costs and development timelines depend on detailed scope audits and formal agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechWings Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our website or digital tools.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
